I liked the hotel, everything was good here. Booked a room with delightful views of Trump Property. Great service was provided too.

My cozy and well-appointed room came with great view and stunning views, as for instance.

The hotel was outstanding, had nice views and stunning location just off the river, the Mag Mile, downtown area, restaurants centers. Even though the bed was not so comfortable, it was great stay.

Well, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Central location just next door to the river, restaurants and millennium park, it was in a good area. Nearby Lh Rooftop - great place to chill out.

The hotel is hospitable and fairly clean with good food and helpful staff. The rooftop bar is amazing.

Thanks all for an absolutely amazing stay for almost 45 minutes which I am sure he was trying to waste the rest of our time up there. New-fashioned rooms, breathtaking views of Trump Hotel, the staff was attentive. I liked amazing food.

Early check in & late check out, breathtaking location. Outstanding and yummy food. Got pleasantly decorated, well laid out room with great view. The staff were useful, made our stay very peaceful.

The room I booked was cleaned and available with amazing views and espresso machine, as example.

Well, there was no swimming pool.

Absolutely perfect location, comfortable facilities. The room was stylish, it had shampoo and toilet. The gardens were small here. I found small Bella Bacino's restaurant only a short distance to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

Internet connection was terrible.

The stay here was really really nice, appreciated the hotel, it was fairly clean with perfect location very close to the bridge, shops, all the shopping and restaurants. I was met by incredibly kind and accommodating staff at the lobby.

This hotel was good base for exploring Chicago, liked it. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with an awesome view, a bathtub plus stunning views.

Staff was amazing, location isolated, bed amazing. I had an air-conditioned and absolutely great room. The service was decent in my opinion. Besides, I liked being able to park on-site. The restaurant was good and food was delicious.

There was plenty of food that was appetising. Quite clean and 10/10 hotel in Magnificent Mile district. Furthermore, we were in the heart of the city.

Quite clean place, absolutely perfect rooms, condescending staff. Such huge suite and soft bed. Courteous customer service provided too. Handy location to a contemporary art museum.

We loved the American breakfast and the well-trained staff. Large room, comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. The location was excellent, right next to chicago river. The rustic restaurant was fabulous with plenty of meals in the menu.

The staff was professional, the bed was comfortable. Thanks again to bellman, you rock! The hotel was conveniently placed. Meals were EXCELLENT, and there was land & lake kitchen near the venue.

Chipotle mexican grill is literally 300 ft away. Such city attractions as grant park were adjacent to this hotel: )

Within a walking distance of the restaurant the purple pig. Close to the airport, 20 min drive.
